Fees

The conference fee is 450 EUR (registration and payment before 31st January) and should be paid via bank transfer. Registration or payment after 31st January 2011 raises the fee to 480 EUR. The proforma invoice with all payment details will be automatically genereated when you Register as Participant. The full invoice will be available after we receive the payment. However, in case you need the invoice before the conference or you have other requirements contact the organizers.

Accompanying persons will pay only 250 EUR but will not have access to any scientific program.

The conference fee is all inclusive and includes accommodation with breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, welcome party, evening in typical Slovak koliba (shepherd's hut), good-bye party, a book of abstracts, hotel wellness and conference trips. The hotel is open to pre- and post-conference stays for advantageous prices.

Submissions

All abstracts should be submitted on-line on the registration page. If you are already registered, login to conference system using your personal user-name/password and upload abstract in 'Submit Contribution' section. We recommend to use a Word document for abstract submission. Please use Times New Roman font, size 12 pts. The entire abstract can not exceed 1 A4 page in length, including title, authors, and affiliations. Please use a template whenever possible.

Poster board size is 100 x 100 cm.

Organizers reserve the right to reallocate the oral presentation into the poster session.
